Doing a Galileo: proper scientists find the courage to speak heresy (CLIMATE CRISIS CULT REPORTEDLY EXTREMELY MIFFED)

The CCC (Climate Crisis Cult or Climatobabble Control Cult) has a basic underlying problem: its assertions are based on flimsy “evidence” that does not withstand close scrutiny.
Its solution to that problem has been to deter, inhibit or discourage that close scrutiny, often by intimidating into silence those who might advocate it and by ridiculing or belittling those who refuse to be intimidated.
The goal of the CCC, the agenda behind its manufactured hysteria, is to instill fear in the citizenry and thereby render them unable to reason (try reasoning with someone scared out of his wits) and prone then to various attacks on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness by the State disguised as measures purported to “make the scary thing go away.”
A massive and relentless barrage of propaganda and silencing of dissenting voices has gone into this operation over many decades through the MSM lie factory and the connivance of slightly dim politicians.
The amount of relentlessly sustained effort it took over a long period of time is a measure of how tough to cow the citizenry actually are. They are no pushover for sure, but that psychological warfare offensive has resulted in a section of the public who are sufficiently terrified to be sold on the idea that we are all going to die unless we dismantle civilisation and introduce a corporate dictatorship or some such thing.
I speak here as someone who not so long about bought the whole CCC dogma. For one reason or another I started to look closer and with a more critical eye at what I and my fellow citizens are being told with such zeal and authority. I came to the conclusion that, yes, the climate is indeed changing and . . .
Well, that’s about it. The climates is changing, which is no great shocker, because it always has and always will. Over my lifetime I have seen the summers where I live get somewhat cooler and the winters somewhat milder, the incidence of flooding, droughts and forest fires diminish considerably.
As to whether this is reason to freak out, the exact causes thereof, the role (if any) of CO2, the degree of influence of human activity upon those natural cycles of change, the extreme inaccuracy of predictions about that change and even the hysterical media misinterpretation of routine weather events, well quite frankly I was dismayed to find that the orthodox Be Very Afraid position, isn’t even honest, let alone based on real science. It is not even based on observation of what is actually happening in the here and now.
Be that as it may. We all after all have to cast a searching eye over the climatobabble and glean from it what truths we can in light of our own understandings and experience and preferences.
What may help us in terms of arming ourselves with a more balanced picture of where the “science” is really at is the fact that many scientists are now “doing a Galileo” and finding the courage to speak heresy in the face of an orthodoxy intolerant of ideas not subservient to its scriptures.
And not a moment too soon. I am sick of watching climate zealots trying to convince yet another generation of children that they have no future.
The following featured article is from the always thought-provoking Daily Sceptic
Declaration Saying “There is No Climate Emergency” Trends on Twitter – Greenies Have Meltdown
Professor Dr. Knut Loschke studied crystallography, chemistry, physics, mathematics and computer science. In the course of a long career he founded an IT company, and is an honorary professor at the University of Technology, Economics and Culture in Leipzig. As part of his work at the University, he deals with the energy industry and climate change. He served the German Bundestag as an expert in ‘Artificial Intelligence’. But Professor Loschke is annoyed, very annoyed, as he demonstrated in this recent Facebook post.
I’m sick.
Or, to put it even more clearly: I’m fed up with permanent and increasingly religious climate ramblings, fantasies about the energy transition, worship of electric cars, horror stories and doomsday scenarios from Corona to conflagrations and weather disasters. I can’t stand the people who shout into microphones and cameras, or print it in newspapers every day. I suffer from having to see how science is turned into a whore of politics.
It seems that scientists like Professor Loschke are fighting back, tired of being abused and often ignored for scientific work that fails to conform to a fashionable political narrative. Last week, the Daily Sceptic highlighted the ongoing World Climate Declaration (WCD), now signed by over 1,100 scientists and professionals. Headed by the Norwegian physics Nobel Prize laureate Professor Ivar Giaever, the WCD says there is no climate emergency. Climate science is said to have degenerated into a discussion based on beliefs, not on sound science. Our story about the WCD attracted enormous interest on social media and is one of the most widely read articles we have ever published. Enormous efforts were made to trash the Declaration, and many of the people who signed have been personally abused.
The WCD is signed by no less than 235 professors drawn from a wide variety of scientific and other academic disciplines. Thirteen of the 28 WCD lead supporters are professors, seven out of the 10 Greek signatories likewise, and 11 out of the 24 from Norway. The climate scientist and writer Willie Soon recently listed a number of the academic disciplines that are helpful in studying the changing climate. They include: astronomy, solar physics, geology, geochemistry, paleoclimatology, glaciology, oceanography, ecology and history. It was not a complete lists, he added. The breadth of experience from scientists and non-scientists found in the WCD list encompasses most, if not all of these areas of study. People with thousands of years of cumulative practical experience are calling for the study of climate science to be less political and for governments’ climate policies to be more scientific.
Another German scientist, the distinguished experimental physics specialist Professor Hermann Harde, recently dismissed the idea that humans control the climate via carbon dioxide emissions as an “absolute delusion”. He warned politicians that it would be an irresponsible energy policy to continue to ignore more serious peer-reviewed scientific publications that show a much smaller human impact on climate than previously thought.
We recently reported Harde’s comments and referred to the fact that for years German politicians have been able to make virtuous green noises by banning nuclear and fossil fuel production, while relying on an unstable Russia to make up the energy short fall. The sheer stupidity of that policy is likely to become apparent in Germany this winter. Already problems are mounting, with the German newspaper Handlesblatt reporting that the megawatt price of electricity jumped last week to a new high in daily trading. A megawatt hour cost €563, compared to just €23 a year ago. Of course, the ruinous policies behind Net Zero are responsible for this. In the U.K., the spike in international gas prices, and an increasing reliance on unreliable renewables, means the consumer energy price cap could be raised to £6,000, an amount that is almost certainly beyond the means of a significant portion of the population. Under these conditions, a cold winter could kill thousands of people.
Before he died, the acclaimed physicist Professor Freeman Dyson – a signatory of the CWD – noted that the “people who are supposed to be the experts and claim to understand the science, are precisely the people who are blind to the evidence”. Professor Richard Lindzen, a WCD lead signatory, evidently agrees, having said that the current climate narrative is “absurd”, even though trillions of dollars currently says it is not. It remains to be seen what will run out first – the money, or the tolerance of citizens to become poor under command-and-control, hard-left Net Zero regimes.
For years, green activists and journalists have been able to hide behind the obvious canards that the science surrounding the human involvement in climate change is ‘settled’, and that 99% of scientists agree with that statement. The arrogance behind this political stance is on display with a tweet from the Guardian writer George – “Don’t mention the coral!” – Monbiot, who made an oblique reference to the recent WCD article.

As we have reported before, 48 Italian science professors recently wrote to their Government, stating that human responsibility for climate change is “unjustifiably exaggerated and catastrophic predictions are not realistic”. Activists such as Monbiot regularly traduce ‘deniers’ for their supposed links to funding from oil companies (although he recently dismissed the suggestion that the Guardian’s lavish funding by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation influences its coverage in the slightest). Particular ire is often reserved for geologists, since they are much in employment demand from companies that seek to extract mineral riches from the Earth. Geology also provides an important insight into the paleoclimatic record. Geologists are often sceptical about claims that humans are causing sudden changes in the climate. One might say that they have seen it all before. The only scientist who went to the moon on Apollo was a geologist called Harrison Schmitt, and his position is that there is “no evidence” that humans cause climate change.
The increasing numbers of scientists prepared to break ranks with the ‘settled’ politicised science of climate change would suggest various causes for their scepticism other than bungs from oil companies.

The Threat Of Cashless Societies (A cashless society truly is a scary world. Picture everything that you’ve read about in history books within other totalitarian regimes, and you’ll get a taste of what is to come.)

Cash is the king.
So the old adage goes anyway, and for the prepper – the one who’s keeping abreast of current events – cash is one of the last man-made means of protection that he or she has against governments that have grown to a degree of power that they never had before.
The Dangers of a Cashless Society
There are two predominant dangers that come with a cashless society, and just about every negative that you can think of due to such will fall into one of these two groups:
- Denial of purchasing power
- A complete loss of anonymity
Denial of Purchasing Power

A cashless society is a controlled society. If everything must go through an online banking or credit card process, then you have just lost virtually all control over what you buy.
Anything that is not politically sanctioned(guns, ammo, body armor, helmets, particular books, particular website premium subscriptions, political donations, etc.) could very easily be vaporized overnight.
This, of course, would drive the makers and holders of such products into a black market to barter their goods, and this in turn would be responded to by the use of overwhelming government force. This will come in the form of Stryker vehicles, concussion grenades, snipers, and men with automatic rifles and body armor.
Don’t believe me? Read FA Hayek’s The Road to Serfdom. Totalitarian governments must resort to force simply for the sole reason that people will naturally refuse to comply with widespread theft of their own goods. This force will only continue to grow in its usage.
Totalitarians do not accept blame for their own economical failures. The state is the end of all things to them, and as such, the end justifies the means – no matter how terrifying such a means may be.
Important below:
Today I’d like to share with you a “3-second survival hack” you can use to skyrocket your chances of protecting your loved ones during ANY crisis.
This technique is so powerful it can give you almost superhuman powers during the ugliest nightmares imaginable….
From natural disasters like earthquakes or tornadoes…
To explosive situations like mass shootings or even nationwide martial law.
And It doesn’t matter if you’re out of shape…
Or have no equipment…
Or even if you’re disabled living in a wheelchair.
This technique has been tested and proven by elite soldiers and real world “miracle” survivors from around the world.

A Complete Loss of Anonymity
Once cash is abolished everywhere, your attempts at any form of anonymity will be destroyed.

You already have an amazing amount of data that has been collected from you from your Internet search history, GPS data, voting history, bank statements, credit card statements, phone data, and a host of other publicly available information that easily allows people to deduce information from you.
And where humans fail, algorithms thrive. I have a hobby interest in algorithm creation (particularly multiple linear regression analysis) and have used it within my healthcare job as a means of predicting patient attendance rather accurately on any given day. I’ve also used them to (somewhat less accurately) predict when a patient was going to have episodes of heart block.
Algorithms are a powerful tool, and the more data you feed them, the stronger they get. With the amount of data that has been collected on you already, the government may be able to make a much stronger prediction about who you are, what you believe, and what you possess than you would’ve ever thought possible.
Just think about what a cashless society would mean for the following purchases:
- Medicine – The government can now invade your medical privacy to see what meds you need to live as well as know what could either improve or hamper your condition. For those who don’t believe that this is a concern, just keep in mind that it wasn’t that long ago that the US military was warning its soldiers against getting genetic testing to determine their family tree. Why? Because it was deemed to be a security risk. What do they know here that we don’t?
- Food – Algorithms can easily predict when you are buying much more than what you could eat within a particular span of time. This then means that food stores can be predicted and located. Come disaster time, your house could easily be one of the first that is targeted for “hoarding”. And what happens if it’s determined that those with large food stores are likely to be “domestic terrorists”?
- Firearms and Body Armor – This is the low-hanging fruit here. Weapons, ammunition, body armor – they could all be easily tracked (and later confiscated). Buying “too much” of one particular product may cause red flags to be attached to your file, and you could very easily end up with a visit from an alphabet agency full of men carrying what is now a felony for you to own.
- Ham Radios – There already seems to be an attack against ham radio users as the government has realized that this is the route that many fearing censorship/silencing are turning toward. If you can shut down all communication other than what is government sanctioned, you have effectively silenced free speech.
- Media – Do you like to watch documentaries that may be labeled as conspiracy theories? Is it that hard to imagine a “misinformation tax” to discourage Americans from imbibing in certain forms of media? Why not? We’ve already seen the “death by a thousand cuts” approach being used with firearms so that the argument can be made that “no, you can have a gun, but you just have to fill out these fifty forms, pay a $4000 fee, and have a license. See? There’s no infringement whatsoever.”
To think that the same idea couldn’t be applied to the news commentators that you like to listen to is naive.
Here are some arguments that will be used for a cashless society:
Physical Money Shortages

Throughout 2020 we were told that there was a coin shortage throughout the U.S.
As a result, retailers either quit giving coin change back or strongly discouraged customers from asking for it.
Kroger actually resorted to either giving you back your money in the form of credit vouchers (to that particular store of course) or by donating the change that they owed you to charity.
Control Over Dangerous and Illegal Purchases
In what can only be viewed as an incredibly ironic wordsmithing, we will be told that one of the benefits to a cashless society is that we can finally rein in purchases that are deemed by the government to be dangerous to the public.
Guns, ammunition, freedom-oriented books (“radical terrorist recruiting material”), and the like will be argued against so that we can keep our society safe. Notice that there is always an emphasis on safety throughout this entire process.
A Fomite of Disease

Once again, 2020 set the stage here. Cash purchases plummeted worldwide, with credit cards filling in the void as people began to avoid any and all cash purchases with the hopes of not getting themselves sick.
This was a talking point spouted throughout the mainstream media in 2020 and will continue to be used in the future as the push for the abolition of cash continues.
Cost of Creation Outweighs the Actual Value of Money
We see this already with the US penny. It actually costs 2.41₵ to produce a single penny.
While our government currently has no problem with making fiscally irresponsible decisions, when it finally does come around to deciding that “you know what, pennies aren’t worth it” – or any other form of cash for that matter – there will be nobody that will argue against them.
This decision will be portrayed as a means of reducing wasteful spending, and anyone who argues against this given reasoning for the abolition of cash will be labeled as an idiot who can’t do proper math.
Less Risk of Theft
We don’t often hear this argument being made currently, but it is out there.

The argument goes that if you’re mugged while you’re carrying $300 in cash, you simply lose all of your money.
However, if you’re mugged and all you have on you is your credit card, then you can quickly call the credit card company, cancel your card, and be reimbursed for any disputed charges that were made in the interim.
What Can We Do to Fight This Process?
While I do believe that a cashless society is inevitable, I do think that there are things we can do to fight against it and to slow it down.
Here is what we can do as freedom and privacy-loving Americans.
#1. You Need to Make Friends with Like-Minded People Now
I used to always blow off this idea. It wasn’t until I began talking with Forest of Prepper Net that I began to see the light on this issue. If you don’t have like-minded friends, you’re going to be up a creek without a paddle when a cashless society hits.
You need to know who has what skills, who has what goods, who can get what, and where their sympathies lie. Perhaps this is more of a cashless society survival skill, but nevertheless, refusal to comply is still a means of fighting against a cashless society.
And this isn’t just refusal to comply based on principal. This is refusal to comply because to do otherwise would mean certain death. When you’re not allowed into a store to buy food and other necessary goods for your family because you refuse to use Fedcoins for purchase or refuse to show a vaccination card you better be dang sure that you have some alternate means of getting what you need to live.
History has proven such. Read the diary of Anne Frank. Had Otto Frank (her father) not had connections with like-minded (this is key) people throughout his neighborhood well prior to his going into hiding with his family, they would’ve died well before the Nazis came and took them away.
Listen to what Good Patriot out of Texas has to say in her Fighting Back videos on Telegram. She’s echoing this same thought process. You need to make groupings of people who can work together to combat this evil.
#2. Develop Some Means of Production
Both Ayn Rand and Adam Smith harped on the fact that production is what equals true wealth. Whether it’s learning how to raise livestock, how to work with leather, how to tan hides, you need to learn some means of production so that you can still produce wealth when cash is taken from you.
You still have to eat. You still have to put bread on the table. And there are going to be others out there who have principles and love logic who will be of the same mind as you. They are going to want to trade for supplies. Barter will come back in full force. You’ll need to have some means of producing something of value so that you can get what you need.
#3. Invest in Precious Metals
Robert Kiyosaki harps upon this in his new book, Fake, the reason being, that precious metals have intrinsic value. They’ve been used as a form of money for roughly 6,000 years now, and they’re not going to stop being a store of value anytime soon. Within a barter society, this may be one of your best stores of wealth.
On top of this, over 40% of the US dollar supply has been printed within the past year alone. Every other economist you see is screaming about the signs of inflation. The U.S. dollar is about to collapse. There is no longer any denying it. Inflation has already risen drastically and will only continue to grow worse. You need to begin doing something to protect your wealth from inflation.
Precious metals are part of the solution.
#4. Start Using Masked Payments
If you don’t have one already, you need to set up a Privacy.com account. This is a form of masked debit card that will help to keep your purchases anonymous. Yes, this is a form of cashless payment, but it is still a way to fight against such a monster.
Provided that money is flowing out of your account but nobody can tell who you just bought from or what you bought, you’ll be much safer in your transaction privacy.
#5. Refuse to Cater to Businesses that Don’t Permit Cash Transactions
If you tug on their purse strings, they eventually change their mind. I’m sorry, but when good compromises with evil, evil wins. Do what you can to avoid these businesses like the plague, and then let them know why you’re avoiding them.
I used to carry around business cards detailing why I wouldn’t support businesses with ‘’no gun’’ stickers on the front doors. I’ve since ran out. I think that such a business card for businesses that don’t permit cash transactions would be an easy way to voice one’s displeasure as well.
Here’s a sample card template:
“I consider your refusal to accept cash as un-American, a forced invasion of my privacy, and a totalitarian tool. As such, I will cease from doing any business with you for the near future and will be spending my money at your competitors instead.”
This is similar to the language that I used within my Second Amendment business cards. I bought them easily off of Vistaprint (around 500 for $20 or so) and considered the money worth every penny.
#6. Learn How to Grow Your Own Food
There’s already a movement afoot within the U.S. to keep certain types of people out of grocery stores. Vaccination papers are beginning to be asked for before one gains access to certain venues or hotel chains. It won’t be long until cashless payments are the only means of accessing even groceries.
Because of this, I highly recommend that you learn how to grow most of your own food, and begin learning now. Gardening has quite a learning curve and is nowhere near as easy as Michael Bloomberg would have you believe. You need to ensure that your family can eat, and gardening is a great part of that process.
Final Thoughts
A cashless society truly is a scary world. Picture everything that you’ve read about in history books within other totalitarian regimes, and you’ll get a taste of what is to come. I implore you to do something now to protect yourself against the rolling stone that is coming down the mountain right for you.
If you follow the above advice, you’ll help to ease the blow. And there’s no doubt about it – it will be a smack in the face. But we can’t just sit back and do nothing as privacy dies a quiet death inside what was once the freest nation on Earth.
If you’ve found other ways to combat a cashless society that we did not cover within this article, by all means, please let us and others know within the comments. This is about helping our fellow man, and as much input is needed as possible.

What To Do When Gun Control Gets Really Bad- We Need to Prepare For The Worst And Always Ready to Resist!

Gun Control is a favorite tactic for many politicians on the left. It allows them to shift the blame from the person, whose worldviews and political party often aligns with theirs, to a simple tool they can ban. With an all Republican everything, you’d think we wouldn’t have to worry, but that’s far from true. These people seemingly always find a way to infiltrate politics and attempt to strip us of our God-given rights. So what do we do? How do we fight back if gun control legislation is proposed or passed?
#1. Learn How To Make Your Own
California is the beacon of cruddy gun control laws in the United States. They’ve gone above and beyond to reclassify your standard semi-automatic rifle into what they call an assault rifle. What we’ve seen is people and companies outsmarting the legislature at every turn. One of the most famous means was building your own gun. Specifically AR 15s. AR 15s are always on the chopping block, but even California couldn’t stop the signal.
With the advent of 80% lowers Californians were able to again build their own rifles within the law. The AR 15 is hardly the only weapon you can build. In fact, an enterprising patriot build can manufacture their own semi-auto Sten gun, Glocks, MAC 10/11s, AK rifles and more. The main issue is going to be acquiring the skills and tools needed to make these weapons. It takes a little mechanical skill and a lot of different tools.
It would be wise to start learning the insides and outsides of guns now. Learn to build them, acquire the tools, and fire up the Youtube machine. Here you’ll find as hard as they try they can’t stop the signal. You can build your own with a little practice, and it’s perfectly legal to do so. You aren’t just building guns, you are learning valuable skills regarding the construction and design of firearms that could be invaluable if things got really bad.

#2. Recognize the Gun Ban Matrix
One fact we’ve seen over and over again with anti-gunners is that they know absolutely nothing about guns. If the power these people had wasn’t so terrifying it would be hilarious. Every time they open their mouths about guns they say something incredibly stupid. They simply target guns that look scary and that’s it. That’s why the gun ban matrix exists. The gun ban matrix is a list of features and guns unlikely to be banned because anti-gunners are idiots and don’t understand firearms.
These are the guns you should consider investing in should sweeping legislation occur. In case the situations getting drastic and confiscation begins things may move too fast for people to react. In that event a neutered gun is better than no gun.
The first guns to go are going to be the traditional targets for anti-gunners, the AK 47s, the AR 15s, the Tavors, and the usual suspects. They may be banned by name, or by the features they share. A good alternative to these semi-auto rifles is the Ruger Mini 14 and Mini 30 series. They can be purchased in not so scary configurations.
Past the Mini 14 and Mini 30, there is the fixed magazine SKS rifle. It’s often left off ban lists, and it’s affordable and common. It’s limited to ten rounds, but with stripper clips, you can reload quite fast with practice.
Past this level we get into manually operated firearms, this includes pump-action shotguns, and lever and bolt action rifles. A good lever action rifle is a rapid firing gun and in the right caliber can hold up to 14 rounds. These guns are highly unlikely to be banned without a full constitutional amendment.
#3. Don’t Give A Single Inch
With the recent Las Vegas shooting there has been an increased interest in banning a firearm accessory known as a bump fire stock. These accessories are rather dumb and useless, and in no way did it make the shooter more lethal. Regardless of how dumb and useless they are there is no reason the firearms community should let them be banned without a fight. With the NRA even saying the ATF should reevaluate bump fire stocks.
This is how gun control starts, with tiny little cuts. We let them take one dumb accessory and next time they’ll push for something else, and they’ll keep pushing. Give them nothing, not a single inch. As gun rights advocates we have to defend what we have and go on the offensive. Fight back and take our God Given rights back.
#4. Push Back and Push Back Hard
If legislation gets passed regarding gun control, and I mean any legislation at all, we have to push back. The vast majority of gun owners are law abiding, tax paying, job having citizens who want nothing more than to live in peace. We all know actual gun control will do absolutely nothing to strip criminals of firearms, just good people who already obey the law.
If gun control happens as law abiding gun owners we have to flood the legislator’s offices with our demands. We have to protest, we have to write letters, we need to march on the capitals. In 2012 the gun community did an amazing job of coming together to resist any form of gun control. We need that same response to every law that passes, heck we need that reaction every gun control law that is even proposed.
We need to push at the local, state and federal level. Work every angle possible. We have to keep supporting companies that agree with our God-given rights, we have to join gun rights organizations of every kind. We literally have to put our money where our mouth is.
#5. Focus on the Small Politics as Much as the Large
It’s easy to forget the importance of local politics when it comes to federal gun control. Local and state politics can make all the difference. We saw Sheriff’s in states across the union step forward and say they would refuse to enforce federal gun control laws in their counties. We saw states and municipalities adopt laws that would act to nullify federal gun control laws.
If we can’t toss the anti-freedom and anti-gun bastards out of federal offices we can at least elect the right people at the local and state level to ensure the laws are useless.
Resist
As American citizens, we owe it to future generations to resist. Resist with every fiber we have. Resist gun control measures with everything we can. We need to prepare for the worst and always ready to resist.

15 Vital Items The Pioneers Stockpiled For Hard Times

We tend to think that stockpiling food and supplies for an emergency is a modern invention. But it’s not. It actually started thousands of years ago, with people stockpiling food for a snowy day. Those ancestors of ours knew something that most of us today have forgotten: the fact that winter comes every year and you can’t grow crops or hunt game very effectively when the freeze hits.
In fact, the earliest recorded instance of stockpiling is in Chapter 41 of Genesis, in the Bible. Joseph, a son of Abraham, correctly interpreted Pharaoh’s dream and instituted a system of stockpiling grain in preparation for the seven years of famine.
To the pioneers, stockpiling had to be a way of life. When Old Man Winter came to call, the only thing that would keep them alive was the food and fuel they had stored. If they were not ready, chances were that they wouldn’t make it through the winter.
Those who stockpile are returning back to the roots that our pioneering ancestors established, taking matters into their own hands.
So what sorts of things did the pioneers stockpile — and why did they stockpile them?
We can really break down the pioneer’s stockpiling into two categories — things that they bought and things that they raised, hunted, preserved or prepared themselves. The things from the store were precious to many of these people, as they didn’t have much cash money to spend. It was only when they sold a cash crop that they were actually able to pay off their account at the local general store and buy themselves a few new items.
Things the Pioneers Bought and Stockpiled
A trip to the general store was a big deal in those days and something that a pioneer might only do once a month, or less. It might be an all-day affair, which took time away from working the farm. Nevertheless, they had to make it to town once in a while for supplies, or they were stuck with living solely off the land.
During a SHTF situation, pain could become an annoyance for some, but unbearable for others.
If doctors are scarce and medicine becomes even scarcer, this one little weed, found all over North America and similar to morphine, could be a saving grace.

1. Wheat flour and other grains
While many farmers raised grain, they usually didn’t eat their own. Their grain would be sold and then they’d turn around and buy flour and other ground grains from the general store. A few people would have their own hand-operated mills for grinding grains, but those were for grinding cornmeal, rather than flour.
Going back in history, we find that grinding grain was a major part of a woman’s housework. In Medieval times, a woman might spend as many as six hours per day grinding grain so that she could make the bread of the day. Being able to buy ground wheat was one of the first true kitchen conveniences.
Bread was an important staple in the diet. It was a great source of carbohydrates, giving them the energy they needed to burn during the day. Of course, the breads they ate back then were very different than today’s, being much harder and heartier than our modern bread.
2. Baking soda

Artist: Jeremy Winborg
You couldn’t bake bread without baking soda, unless you happened to have yeast. Of course, many people made sourdough bread, always saving a bit of the dough to act as a starter for the next batch. But sourdough starter doesn’t work for biscuits, pies or bear sign (what they called donuts). So a stock of baking soda gave them much more variety in their diet.
3. Salt
Salt has always been highly valued. In fact, in the Roman Empire part of a soldier’s pay was given in salt. That became the root of the word “salary.” We need salt in our diets to survive, as well as to preserve meats. While some pioneers would harvest it themselves from salt licks, that only worked for those who had a natural salt lick on their property.
4. Sugar
While not an absolute necessity, sugar was an important item to stockpile. Not only is it used as part of the process of canning fruit, but even the toughest of cowboys and miners wanted a sweet treat every now and then.
5. Rice
Like grains, rice was an important staple for many people. But it wasn’t grown in many parts of the country, making it an item pioneers picked up at the general store.
6. Bacon
Bacon managed to become the default travel meat of choice in pioneering days. Cowboys would carry a chunk of bacon in their saddlebags, wagon trains carried it, and most families had a few slabs on hand. If you had bacon, you had meat to eat.

7. Coffee and tea
Who doesn’t like a good cup of coffee? Actually, coffee drinking in this country started with the Revolutionary War, in response to the Stamp Tax. Rather than pay the tax for British imported teas, many people switched over to coffee. Whereas before the revolution most people drank tea, after it the nation switched to coffee. By the time of the revolution, tea was mostly drunk only by the wealthy.
8. Dried beans
Just as it is for the average homesteader today, dried beans were a favorite staple for the pioneers. Chili con carne became a popular dish, starting in Texas and then moving north along the cow trails. Eventually, it was eaten all across the west.
Beans also could be eaten alone, or with tortillas. The Southwest culture had a strong Mexican influence, including the eating of refried beans as a staple. Many a meal was beans and biscuits or beans and bread. Even when they had meat, beans were often served on the side.
9. Dried and canned fruit

Some people grew fruit. When they did, they’d can it or dry it. But not all kinds of fruit can be grown in all parts of the country. Besides that, not everyone was a farmer. The general store would stock dried and canned fruit, making it possible for people to buy these foods.
Since it kept well, dried fruit was another popular trail food, both for wagon trains and for drifting cowboys. It helped give variety to an otherwise dull diet, as well as providing them something sweet to eat.
Things the Pioneers Grew, Hunted, Preserved and Prepared
Many pioneers were involved in farming and ranching. Those who were grew as much of what they ate as they could. Since cash money was so rare, being able to hunt, gather or grow your own food was a real advantage. Even townspeople would have a garden patch behind their homes, growing their own vegetables and herbs.
10. Smoked meats
One of the signs that you’d “made it” was to have a smokehouse on your property. While the ability to smoke your own meats was incredibly useful, not everyone could afford the time or expense to build one. Those who could were usually well-established families who already had their homes and barns built. By then, they were producing enough that it was worthwhile to be able to smoke meats when it was time to slaughter a cow or pig.
11. Jerky
The pioneers learned how to make jerky from the Native Americans. While smoking was great, not everyone had a smokehouse. Plus, jerky lasts longer than smoked meats and is much more portable. Drifting cowboys and other travelers would often take jerky along just to ensure they had some meat to eat. A few strips of jerky and a couple of campfire biscuits made a pretty good lunch in the saddle.
12. Corn
Many pioneers grew their own corn, even if it was just enough for their family. They might grow wheat or some other grain for sale, but they’d put in a small patch of corn, as well. That corn was usually dried and kept for making cornmeal.
13. Vegetables

A vegetable garden alongside or behind the house was almost a requirement for pioneer families. Without it, their food would be bland and repetitive. Not only did they grow their own veggies, but their own herbs, as well.
Most vegetables were harvested and kept in a root cellar, not canned. Canning required owning a goodly supply of canning jars, something that most people didn’t have. It wasn’t until later, when towns were well-established and trade was more regular, that canning jars became common in the west.
14. Feed for the animals
Anyone who had animals had to consider their needs. Whether horses, cows or chickens, they were a valuable part of the homestead and needed to eat. Just like the family would stockpile food to get themselves through the winter, they’d stack hay and other feed for their farm animals.
Most hay was cut from wild grass growing near the farm. It would be cut by hand with a scythe and stacked in towering haystacks for the winter months. Some farmers who had larger barns with lofts would stack the hay in the loft. But that required hay bales, which meant having the equipment for baling hay. So that only happened in well-established areas on well-established farms.
15. Firewood
The only heat that most homes had was from the fireplace or wood-burning stove. That created the need for a wood pile, which was started in the spring so the wood could dry through the hot summer. In some places, they would stack their wood to act as a defensive breastwork for the home, giving themselves a good firing position for any attacks from Native Americans.

During a SHTF situation, pain could become an annoyance for some, but unbearable for others.
If doctors are scarce and medicine becomes even scarcer, this one little weed, found all over North America and similar to morphine, could be a saving grace.

Inside A Secret Government Warehouse Prepping For Societal Collapse

It sounds like something out of a Cold War era movie. Boxes of medical supplies stacked high in government warehouses to help citizens in the event of a public health emergency.
However, this huge stockpile is very real. It is called the Strategic National Stockpile, and according to the CDC website, “Once Federal and local authorities agree that the SNS is needed, medicines will be delivered to any state in the U.S. in time for them to be effective. Each state has plans to receive and distribute SNS medicine and medical supplies to local communities as quickly as possible.”
For security reasons, the location and the number of warehouses that comprise the SNS are classified information – as is much of what is in them. “If everybody knows exactly what we have, then you know exactly what you can do to us that we can’t fix,” Greg Burel, director of the program told National Public Radio in a recent interview. “And we just don’t want that to happen.”
The SNS started in 1999 with an approximate $50 million budget. Since then, it has built an inventory in multiple warehouses that is valued at just over $7 billion. “If you envision, say, a Super Walmart and stick two of those side by side and take out all the drop ceiling, that’s about the same kind of space that we would occupy in one of these storage locations,” Burel said.
The SNS extensive inventory includes massive amounts of small pox vaccines, antivirals in case of deadly flu pandemic, medicines to treat radiation burns and sickness, chemical agent antidotes, wound care supplies, antibiotics and IV fluids.
NPR science writer Nell Greenfieldboyce recently visited an SNS. She was told she was the first reporter ever to visit the secret warehouses, and she had to sign a confidentiality agreement not to describe the location or the exterior of the facility.
A locked section of the warehouse stocks painkillers than can be addictive. A giant freezer is filled with medicines that need to be kept frozen. Greenfieldboyce described a humming sound that comes from the rows of ventilators that are charged once a month and sent out for maintenance once a year.
With an annual budget of more than half a billion dollars, the SNS is charged with deciding what to purchase for the stockpile. In order to do so, officials must determine which threats are realistic and which are not.
“That’s where we have a huge, complex bureaucracy trying to sort through that,” Irwin Redlener, director of the National Center for Disaster Preparedness at Columbia University, told Greenfieldboyce.
The government recently hired a firm called Gryphon Scientific to analyze how well the stockpile could respond to a range of health disaster scenarios.

Although he said he could not be specific on results of the study, Gryphon Scientific’s Rocco Casagrande told the NPR reporter, “One thing we can say is that across the variety of threats that we examined, the Strategic National Stockpile has the adequate amount of materials in it and by and large the right type of thing.”
However, he pointed out that the studies were based upon a single type of attack at a time or a single type of weapon.
The brief shelf life of some of the newer medicines is a problem for the SNS. “These are often very powerful, very exciting and useful new medicines, but they are also very expensive and they expire after a couple years,” explained Dr. Tara O’Toole, a former Homeland Security official who is now at In-Q-Tel, a nonprofit that helps bring technological innovation to the U. S. intelligence community.
Another problem is the time it would take to get the medicines from the warehouses to the people who need them in the event of real emergency. “It is not going to be easy or simple to put medicines in the hand of everybody who wants it,” O’Toole told NPR.
The warehouse Greenfieldboyce visited contains 130 shipping containers, but who will be on the receiving end of these shipping containers during an actual emergency?
“While they do have plans for emergencies, and lists of volunteers, they’re volunteers,” said Paul Petersen, director of emergency preparedness for Tennessee. “And they’re not guaranteed to show up in the time of need.”
Local public health officials have had severe budget cuts and are underfunded, Petersen told NPR. “Over and over, I heard worries about this part of the stockpile system.”
O’Toole said, “We have drastically decreased the level of state public health resources in the last decade. We’ve lost 50,000 state and local health officials. That’s a huge hit.” She commented that emergency drills would be helpful, adding, “The notion that this is all going to be top down, that the feds are in charge and the feds will deliver, is wrong.”
Meanwhile, the secret warehouses continue to stockpile supplies. “We have the capability, if something bad happens, that we can intervene in a positive way, but then we don’t ever want to have to do that. So it’s kind of a strange place,” Burel told NPR.
“But we would be foolish not to prepare for those events that we could predict might happen.”

The Risk of Nuclear Holocaust in Central Europe

Earlier and in recent weeks, Ukrainian Nazis have been shelling the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant near the city of Energodar.
With intent to release and spread deadly radiation throughout much of central Europe, what’s happening is orchestrated and directed by hegemon USA to falsely blame Russia for what it’s going all-out to prevent.
On Thursday, Energodar’s administration reported the following:
“(A)rmed formations of (Biden regime-supported Ukrainian Nazis) opened massive (artillery) fire on the city” near the NPP.
As controlled by their US master, Ukrainian Nazi thugs are using MLRS and kamakazi drones, as well as heavy artillery — with intent to cause a nuclear disaster worse than Chernobyl in 1986 or Fukushima in 2011.
So far, Russian air defense systems prevented the worst of what could happen if the diabolical scheme of hegemon USA and its Ukrainian proxies succeeds.
Separately on Thursday, Russian Foreign Ministry’s spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, slammed what’s going on, saying:
“This is not just a provocation.”
“This is…nuclear blackmail.”
It’s jeopardizing the lives and well-being of residents throughout central Europe.
The “consequences (of nuclear) disasters” are well-known.
At his Thursday press briefing, Russia’s Defense Ministry spokesman, General Igor Konashenov, stressed the following:
“We want to make it clear that Russian troops have no heavy weapons deployed either at the (nuclear) power plant or in areas adjacent to it.”
Guarded only by security patrols, “Russian armed forces are taking all necessary measures to guarantee the security of the Zaporozhye NPP.”
On Wednesday, interventionist Blinken and Nazified Ukraine’s imitation foreign minister, Kuleba, spoke by phone.
According to a State Department readout:
Blinken updated Kuleba “on (Biden regime) deliveries of” weapons, munitions and equipment for perpetual proxy war on Russia to the last Ukrainian, adding:
Defying reality on the ground, Blinken pretended to “call for an end to all military operations at or near Ukraine’s nuclear facilities (sic)” — what hegemon USA planned, orchestrated, is directing and wants continued.
He also called for “return of full control of these facilities to Ukraine” — so its Nazis can release and spread nuclear radiation throughout central Europe, leaving at least 9 countries vulnerable to deadly contamination.
Separately on Wednesday, deputy director of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Department, Igor Vishnevetsky, stressed the following:
“Ukrain(ian Nazis) continue delivering irresponsible strikes on the Zaporozhye NPP.”
In flagrant breach of the rule of law and nuclear safety, they’re ignoring its “basic principles.”
“It’s forbidden to strike nuclear facilities.”
“It’s forbidden to subject nuclear power plants to artillery fire or any other fire.”
“This is extremely dangerous.”
As directed by their US master, dominant Ukrainian Nazis are guilty of “nuclear terrorism” — what risks a “catastrophe.”
On August 24, a special Security Council will be held on this and related issues — the outcome known in advance.
Like many times before, Russia will be falsely blamed for US-orchestrated and directed “nuclear terrorism” by Ukrainian Nazis — proxies for the empire of lies and forever wars on humanity at home and worldwide.
Separately according to Russia’s Defense Ministry, Kiev was responsible for explosions at a military site in northern Crimea on Tuesday.
They damaged “civilian objects, including power lines, a power station, a railroad and several residential houses.”
Regional State Council head, Vladimir Konstantinov, denounced the incident, saying:
The puppet Zelensky regime is responsible for what happened.
“(L)ike a wounded beast, (it) has no strength to do anything serious, but (it’s) capable of such nastiness.”
The worst of its diabolical actions are made-in-the-USA.
According to so-called Ukrainian lawmaker, Aleksey Goncharenko, he and UK war minister, Ben Wallace, “discussed a plan to destroy the Crimean Bridge (across the Kerch Strait) back in June.”
It links the Crimean Republic of Russia to the mainland.
No easy task, it’s well protected by Russian air defense systems.
Sergey Lavrov earlier stressed that attempted attacks on the bridge would be foiled.
Of great concern is how the empire of lies and forever wars is recklessly upping the stakes with Russia — a similar policy directed at China over its breakaway Taiwan province.
Since the Obama/Biden regime’s 2014 coup in Ukraine, the Pentagon and CIA have been planning and directing Kiev’s aggression against Donbass, as well as US proxy war on Russia.
What’s going on and escalating not only risks global war against Russia and China by the empire of lies and its Western vassals, the unthinkable is increasingly likely.
Humanity’s fate hangs in the balance.
The nation I grew up in long ago was never beautiful, far from it.
Today, the worst of its criminal class runs things.
Declining in influence as China, Russia and other independent nations rise in prominence on the world stage, hegemon USA risks the destruction of planet earth to own it.
The danger today is greater than any time before in modern memory.
It bears repeating.
The only solution is popular revolution.
Yet it’s nowhere in sight when most needed.

Improve Your Situational Awareness And Develop Your Survivor Mindset With These 10 Simple Tips (Learn How to Identify Threats In Dangerous Situations)

Situational Awareness is the ability to identify, process, and comprehend information about how to survive in an emergency situation. More simply, it’s knowing what is going on around you. It is dynamic, hard to maintain, and easy to lose.
Knowing what is going on all the time is very difficult for any one person, especially during a high stress survival situation. Therefore it is important that you know what behavior is effective in maintaining Situational Awareness.
Here are a few ways you can improve your situational awareness today before you need it in a survival situation:
1. Learn to Predict Events
The most effective aspect of Situational Awareness involves the ability to project the future actions of elements around you.
After you have been able to identify elements in your environment and can comprehend the situation, it is time to take your Situational Awareness one step further. Use this information to think ahead and determine how it will affect future actions and events in the environment.
2. Identify Elements Around You
The first step in achieving Situational Awareness is to become aware of the important elements in your environment. Start by noticing the threats that surround you. Then expand your awareness to other non-threatening elements.
This is the most basic level of Situational Awareness where you begin to monitor, detect, and recognize multiple situational elements. These include objects, events, people and environmental factors. Basic Situational Awareness also requires you to notice the locations, conditions and actions of the elements around you.
This may sound overwhelming, but do not worry. These are skills you already use on a daily basis. The first step is designed to help you expand and improve your perception of what is happening around you.
3. Trust Your Feelings
Disorder within your family or a gut feeling that things are not right can cause you to lose proper situational awareness. This clue is one of the most reliable because the body is able to detect stimulus long before we have consciously put it all together.
4. Limit Situational Overload
Overload causes distraction, increased errors, and high stress. Prioritizing and delegating tasks and minimizing surrounding distractions can improve survival during times of overload.
5. Avoid Complacency
Assuming everything is under control will affect your vigilance. You have to actively keep yourself in the right mindset.
When things are slow or tasks are routine complacency usually occurs. The worst part is the slow creep of complacency is hardly ever noticed except in hindsight.
Continue to challenge yourself and those around you to be prepared for contingencies. Do a mental check every now and then.
6. Be Aware of Time
Time is an important factor in mastering Situational Awareness. The pace of your environment is constantly being changed by the actions of individuals, task characteristics, and outside elements. When unplanned events begin to arise, be sure to make the necessary changes to your schedule and goals to help you survive.
7. Begin to Evaluate and Understand Situations
The next step in involves understanding multiple elements through the processes of pattern recognition, interpretation, and evaluation. Use this information to determine how it will effect your goals or in this case your ultimate survival. This will help you build a comprehensive picture of your immediate surroundings and a better understanding of Situational Awareness.
8. Actively Prevent Fatigue
Fatigue affects your ability to watch for possible danger or difficulties. Try adjusting your work routine and imposing sleep discipline to prevent wake cycles longer than 18 hours. Make sure you get at least 5 and preferably 8 hours per day of sound sleep to minimize sleep deprivation.
9. Continually Assess the Situation
When you are in a survival situation always be prepared for changes around you. Continually assess and reassess the situation to determine if you are giving yourself the best possible chance for survival. Learn what nature, the land, and new tasks are telling you, before you find yourself in a difficult situation.
10. Monitor Performance of Others
Be alert for changes in the performance of those around you caused by work overload, stress, and mistakes. When changes are needed, take action by speaking up and helping out. A weak link in your family could be the difference between success or failure in your survival.

Biden Regime Police State Raid on Trump’s Florida Residence Update

The road to full-blown tyranny in the US, to abolition of what remains of greatly eroded freedoms, is well advanced.
Fourth US President, James Madison, once said the following:
“The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive, and judiciary, in the same hands…is the definition of tyranny.”
According to Jefferson, “those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny.”
Montesquieu said that “(t)here is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of the law and in the name of justice.”
All of the above and what relates to it reflects disturbing reality in the US today.
After brazenly usurping power in November 2020 elections, undemocratic Dems want to solidify control by establishment of virtual one-party rule with them running things unchallenged.
Framing Trump by their dominant hardliners, with likely intent to criminalize him, based on phony charges, is proof positive that no one is safe in the so-called land of the free and home of the brave — in name only.
Post-state-sponsored 9/11, police state America emerged — further hardened over the past two decades.
Addressing supporters on Sunday, Trump said the following by email:
“(A)n army of (federal) agents broke into Mar-a-Lago” last week.
“A surprise RAID, POLITICS, and all the while, our country is going to HELL at the hands of the Dem(s).”
“We cannot stand for this. THEY BROKE INTO MY HOME — the home of the 45th President of the US.”
According to an unnamed lawyer representing Trump, he signed a statement for the return of all classified material at Mar-A-Lago to government control.
DJT reportedly designated John Solomon as one of his representatives on issues related to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
Solomon said that while in office, Trump had a “standing order (for) documents removed from the Oval Office and taken to (his) residence…to be declassified the moment he removed them.”
US presidents and vice presidents have executive power to declassify government documents and other material in their possession.
They’re exempt from following declassification procedures that other federal government officials must comply with.
On Friday, a statement by Trump’s office said that the presence of government documents at his Mar-A-Lago residence means that they’ve been declassified.
If Trump is indicted, his defense will no doubt stress the above reality.
If jurors are manipulated to convict and the verdict is upheld at the district and appeals court levels, a US Supreme Court majority would likely overturn it — if things go this far.
And this on Saturday from former Trump spokesman, Taylor Budowich, saying:
“Just like every (Dem)-fabricated witch hunt previously, the water of this unprecedented and unnecessary raid is being carried by a media willing to run with suggestive leaks, anonymous sources and no hard facts.”
According to what Fox News called an “exclusive” report on Saturday:
“The FBI seized boxes containing records covered by attorney-client privilege and potentially executive privilege during its (Mar-A-Lago raid,” citing unnamed sources, adding:
The Biden regime’s DOJ opposed a request by Trump’s Trump lawyers “for the appointment of an independent, special master to review the records.”
Trump’s “team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege.”
Some seized documents and records “could be covered by executive privilege.”
The DOJ’s warrant “did not give (federal agents) authority to search areas occupied by Mar-a-Lago members or not used by Trump and staff.”
“A source close to Trump told Fox News that (he’s) been cooperating in the investigation into NARA records for (the past) year.”
The same source said he’s committed to compliance with the Presidential Records Act.
If federal officials wanted access to documents, records and other material related to his time in office — what was at Mar-A-Lago — all they had to do was ask, in lieu of a police state raid.
A Final Comment
The 2016 Russiagate plot to smear Trump — based on fake accusations — should have been called Hillarygate.
She and DNC dark forces hired former MI6 spy, Christopher Steele, to produce a dodgy dossier on Trump – filled with disinformation, unverified accusations and allegations.
It was part of an anti-Trump smear campaign, calling him a Putin puppet, claiming he “encourages espionage against our people,” along with falsely accusing Russia of US election hacking to elect him over Hillary.
Witch-hunt probes by the House, Senate and special counsel Mueller found no evidence of Russian collusion with Trump to help him triumph over Hillary, nothing suggesting illegal or improper Trump team ties to Moscow.
During his time in office, there’s plenty to hold him accountable for.
He waged war by other means on Iran and Venezuela with intent to harm their people and topple their legitimate governments.
More than any of his predecessors, he one-sidedly supported Israel, ignoring its apartheid ruthlessness — at the expense of denying long-suffering Palestinians their fundamental rights.
On his watch, Julian Assange was secretly indicted the “crime” of truth-telling investigative journalism, what warranted high praise, not prosecution.
As president, Trump supported predatory corporate America practices at the expense of the general welfare.
Throughout his tenure, he backed the greatest ever wealth transfer from ordinary Americans to monied interests.
A fundamental human right, he wanted healthcare based on the ability to pay — in a nation where it’s far more expensive and increasingly unaffordable than in any other country.
While strongly criticizing his record in office, I deplore no end to diabolical aims by undemocratic Dems to smear him for invented reasons, ignoring legitimate ones because they share guilt.
Russiagate and all else used to denigrate and delegitimize Trump flopped.
So falsely indicting him on “trumped” up charges may be the next shoe to drop.
If it fails to stop him from seeking another term as president — and polls show him strongly favored to win — the risk of preventing the outcome by assassination may be ominously high.
That’s one among many examples of hegemon USA’s dark side.
Its so-called exceptionalism and moral superiority were long ago debunked.
The same goes for the myth of the indispensable state — enforcing its will through the barrel of guns blazing and other diabolical actions in pursuit of unchallenged global dominance by brute force.
That’s the real American way.
